"Absolute horrible riad !!!! Please avoid at all cost. Had flooding in our room the first 3 nights couldn’t sleep since we couldn’t turn on the AC. Only tried to compensate us with a 30 min massage which was also terrible. Wifi in the riad was horrible so we needed to end up buying more data to use internet. Rooms were super outdated and dark. Found the staff to be quite racist , as we were one of the very few brown people at the riad + my wife is a hijabi . They kept asking us for our room...

"Bathroom- bad odour. Balcony- could not sit due to smoke from others and bird excrement. Room was as expected for the standard. Good that one of the pools was heated. Aquapark- fine though we had to wait until 11.45 on. Saturday for only one of the slides to open and the rest were still being readied. Food - as you'd expect for the standard but a very good range and easy to suit all tastes. Wine......avoid it or mix it with a sugary drink "

"The entertainment in the evening had opportunity to grow. Also the breakfast before was good but a bit repetitive. But apart from that it was an amazing hotel!"

"The main buffet was incredible for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The private Asian restaurant was a large disappointment. Not one item we ordered was good. Drinks were not included. Highly recommend sticking with the buffet. There were only somewhat two heated pools. This resort is meant for hot weather and warm water slide water. There is not much else to do, but the grounds are beautiful and the service is wonderful. "

"Compliments: Staff was superb, 5 stars, especially Chaymae who went out of her way to assist with everything. Soufiane was also very helpful. We used the car sevice for outside of the medina and airport pick-up and drop-off, which we recommend for convenience and great service. The hotel housekeeping crew works tirelessly every day and does a great job. Same for the breakfast and kitchen staff who were always friendly, in a good mood and very accommodating. "Friendly and helpful staff. They will help you with luggage to and from your transport service (car service). Car cannot drive to fromt door but if you call the riad they will help tell driver where to go and meet you to help with luggage to riad. Very safe while close to the outdoor market. And great spa services!"

"On arrival we received a Free Welcome Pack & Free Drinks. Extremely good & exceptionally high quality Luxury Hotel. The location is fantastic, minutes walk to the city centre. Amazing to see how CLEAN & Polished this place is and smells like Roses. "

"Spa was so so. The jacuzzi's were turned off every one minute so you had to press the button every time to enjoy one minute which was very annoying. Also, the old maroccan guy at the white guy who lets cars through was very discriminating towards me and at some point became extremely mad at me as well for being maroccan unfortunately. Very weird altercation for me."

"The service is impeccable and the property is beautiful and centrally located. The service was so friendly and accommodating ! We ordered room service which you can access Nobu menu also and it was white glove service. Highly recommend and will definitely comeback "
