Well maintained grounds, beautiful gardens and paths and the construction is fashioned as traditional Kerala home villas. This is a must stay property. Food was good and they have lots of activities for the families. The staff is pleasant but not uniformly friendly and not everyone is attentive as other places. I feel they could work on this piece. I was really amazed by the service and attention to detail. The resort is teeming with natural beauty and I enjoyed the beach as well. Overall it was amazing.

Beautiful property in the middle of nature. The gardens and pool were very nice. The food was excellent and a family favorite of all our travels this trip, including Mumbai. Bangalore, and Chennai. Staff very helpful, we forgot my daughters earrings there and the night receptionist, Mr. Kuku, was kind enough to mail/post it to a relative in India. The food manager was also exceptional, very concerned about our food needs and even packed a breakfast meal because we had to checkout early...

Nice location

Such a delightful property. The staff was outstanding, took care of our every need. Complimentary brownies for each of us on the day we left with bon voyage written on the plate, how thoughtful, thank you very much! Lovely spacious rooms, pools were excellent. Perfect peaceful break, note that there isn't much in the way of games or activities, this is a place for peace and tranquility, not for activities. Will certainly return. Relaxing resort

We stayed for 4 nights in early January and were blown away by the crisp new and luxurious facilities, the cleanliness and attention to detail and the effort of some of the hotel staff, notably Mr. Ebin in the cafe to give personal attention and make the Marriott feel more like a home away from home. I really want to thank all of the staff for such an enjoyable stay.

Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly, great food and amenities. They treat my three year old like a princess!

From the minute we entered the hotel we were in love. The hotel is beautiful the staff is professional and extremely attentive. The hotel is in a great location and all the amenities are state of the art. I rarely write reviews but I so pleased with my stay I told myself I will write one to assist others looking for a hotel in Kochi to stay in. Take my word book this hotel you will not regret it. We were there for our wedding anniversary and the staff had some lovely surprises waiting for us....

Had a great stay, courteous staff, clean, quiet with nice views of the lake.

Hotel is very nice, service is good only if you ask for it. First day, we had everything complimentary water, towels, toilet paper. Second day, they forgot to give us more water, third day forgot to give us towels, forth day there was no toilet paper,- each time we would call them and they would bring it in 10 minutes- but for a 5 star hotel, you think they would think of these stuff and save you the time and drama

The most amazing staff and service I have ever seen in thousands of night stayed globally. The property is new and excellent. The bar has no alcohol though.

Would highly recommend this hotel to others, as it is very conveniently located along Marine Drive (and thus near sightseeing, Kerala backwaters cruises and shopping downtown) and offers excellent hospitality services.
