"This hotel is a little outdated but very clean, rooms are spacious and staff are very nice. The only things I was disappointed was restaurant closed and no airport shuttle."

It was the first positive thing to happen after a nightmare arrival trip and unexpected "no-show"cancelation from the hotel we were supposed to stay at (Wingate Wyndham Downtown--HUGE thumbs down) after our flight was delayed and were forced to fly out from Seattle the next morning. Everything about this hotel helped turn things around. Everyone was friendly, it was clean and comfortable, and they let us check it early--VERY much appreciated after a sleepless night and with 4 kids...

"We have enjoyed our stay as we do not have other options . Room is bit small , no microwave and fridge . Food and breakfast is good . Room service is not good . We have requested house keeping twice but they did not come then we have requested to atleast give us 4 clean towels that’s what we finally got . It was a very big resort and it’s busy too . "

"Alyeska had incredible amenities and was in an incredible location. We specifically enjoyed the room service breakfast, laundry service, fitness facility, the spa, and the tram to 7 glaciers. You could tell the rooms were a bit dated, the bathrooms had no fan and the AC unit did not work. When we called the front desk we were told to open a window and use the fan in our closet. Not a deal breaker, but not what we were expecting. Overall a great trip and we will want to visit again"

"Location was great since I wanted to be close to the train station. Slept well in the bed, but wasn't sure I was going to get hot water in the shower - IT TOOK FOREVER!! Staff was great as was the shuttle service."
