"Location and exterior was a little rough. Homeless sifting through the dumpster and hotel garbage bins. Hotel could use some updating and polish. When making the reservation I chose this hotel because it included breakfast in the price. Big sign that said “Breakfast Buffet $17” for a mind of normal hotel breakfast. We passed on breakfast! "

"Nice clean hotel with a full breakfast and decent restaurant and bar. Rooms are large and spacious and clean. Hotel has a great presence and is adorned with full animal mounts that represent Alaska. Decent hotel but expensive, needs updates
"Hotel was clean but our shower looked like it needed to be cleaned. Overall the hotel room needed a deep clean and things replaced. The drapes/blinds were definitely dirty and needed to be replaced as there was rips in them. The bed was rather uncomfortable and felt that it actually sloped to the edge when you laid down. The pillows were so thin that it took all 3 to give support. Overall, a one night stay is ok, but for the money it was not worth it. Anchorage is a destination place, so finding a good hotel is hard. Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. Main lobby and halls were clean and looked ok. "
