I only used the downstairs but the kitchen was incredibly well equipped and the Ruko TV's in all rooms were much appreciated. "First off there are signs everywhere stating that you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee if your room smells like smoke. The whole hotel smells like stale smoke. Especially in the rooms. We literally were watched and listened too. Had our lock on the keyed door changed while we were out at a funeral. Came back to a lock that our key no longer fit in. And neither did the master key. The attendant had to call the owner which told him where to find a key to get us into our room. We were pissed. They refunded our money and we left. Luckily we were able to go down the road to a way better hotel! Stay at the Mio Motel!! It's way better. Cleaner, friendlier, and they beds are super comfy. "
