"The staff were very helpful, friendly and went above and beyond. The hotel does not look at all like the photos. They are very old as the hotel is not updated. The old style tube TV is indicative of the condition of the hotel. Internet did not work in the rooms and worked moderately in the lobby. Location in middle of Cento Market which is great in the day, but unsafe after dark. The hotel entrance is kept locked at all times. We were the only tourists in the 115 room hotel. "The facilities were nice and clean. The hotel is located near some walking distance dining places and a mall. Breakfast was included but we didn’t had time to try it. The staff were nice and provided information and help with everything we needed. The room was clean but really small. Everything worked as expected in the room. I loved they have online check-in and an easy way to checkout so that’s a plus (fast). "
