The rooms were clean and comfortable, check-in was quick and easy, and the free breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. My only complaint was the shuttle service. After calling the hotel and providing my location, I waited about 45 minutes before calling again. I was then told the hotel was only 5 minutes away and the shuttle would arrive in 10 minutes, which was frustrating given the long wait—especially after a travel delay. Aside from the shuttle issue, the stay itself was pleasant and I would consider staying here again."
