"I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and it was great. Coming back after 5 years a little different. Need to improve on the cleanliness. Pillow smells like it hasn't change at all. Curtains has a lot of stains and air conditioning not working well. This hotel need to refurbish or improve on the cleaning. If i return to Hirosaki, I will opp for another hotel."

"Hotel is clean and comfortable, room condition is good but some furnishings a little worn. Buffet meals can get crowded and quality of food is average. Skiing rental shop at the Gondola was good and the ski runs are good."
