Hotel has a great location across from Vernisage weekend market. Larger well maintained rooms. I had a junior suite with small balcony; although not much of a view. Hotel is well maintained, with attentive staff. Only complaint is the variety and quality of breakfast buffet. Very unusual items that would have been better suited for a lunch buffet. Clean and spacious apartment with a great open view of the city. Good internet in the living area, but not that great in the bedroom. Good shower with unlimited hot water. Good bright lights. TV could be bigger with better channels. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Spent 5 nights at this hotel, starting with a very late check in and early morning checkout. Staff was eager to please, even making sure to prepare a small breakfast on the checkout date. Rooms a standard, bathroom equipped with a shower not a bath. Felt like the rooms could be better kept, but no real issues. Location is awesome, with a short minute walk to republic square and all the attractions of central Yerevan

It’s placed in the very center of the city. Just renovated, everything is new and high quality. We will come again. Bear in mind it’s located on the top floor with no elevator.

I stayed at Nine Rooms for one night during my visit to Yerevan, Armenia, and I was very happy with my stay. The apartments are spacious, very clean, comfortable, and extremely well equipped. They have everything you could need, including a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and dishes. The room was very large, tidy, and impeccably clean. We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Home Prime Apart-Hotel. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well located. The balcony was a highlight, with a beautiful view of Mount Ararat. A special thank you to the lady who was responsible for communicating with us throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but she was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive whenever we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Everything was tidy and clean, and daily room service was on time every day. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, the staff were so friendly.
