"The cabins are located far from Pucon. No food was offered. There was no hot water and the water pressure was horrible. I would not recommend this property. Also, they asked for 1/2 upfront and the other 1/2 once we arrived. After what we went through, I would not have paid them for the second 1/2."

Very tasteful upgrades done to the entire hotel and the breakfast buffet was superb. Being able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurant is why I come back. "Very comfortable room with memory foam pillows, wall fire & flat screen tv with english channels. Oats at breakfast. Ronaldo is an excellent host. Location is tranquil and just a 15 min walk to town, less to bus stations."
