Lovely hotel with incredible staff. The attention to every detail made for a relaxing and stress free vacation.

First time at this Ritz- Carlton and it was all that the Ritz is known for. The grounds are immaculate, the staff is professional and try to anticipate your every need. My husband and I recently completed a 5 night stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet area to get away. It is within miles of shopping and restaurants but yet tucked away in a beautiful desert like resort where you feel secluded and away from the busy city life. Clean and excellent food. The room was wonderful but had to upgrade once we checked in because the standard Orbitz room was the size of a closet. They upgraded us at no charge and the room was fantastic.

Just was so peaceful. When on property seems you have completely left the day to day. Just really easy to disconnect

Staff is super friendly and helpful (handed me a laminated card with courses to run), and room was very clean and modern. Kitchen well equipped and bed was super comfortable with quality sheets and blankets. Great pools and plenty of comfortable lounging chairs.

The water park was great

Incredible service , beautiful room, fabulous food. We did not have time to golf but would love to come back. The only exception was the remodel that is currently happening the garden pool is lovely put a bit far from your room.

Beautiful place with fun activities like evening tequila toast. Close to hiking trails. Super friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint was that during our stay the hotel came into our room on more than 3 occasions to do maintenance. Happy they are doing maintenance but wish it could be done between bookings so they are not disturbing customers during naps etc. Overall thought it was a great hotel.

The property is very holy but there were staff ready to take us anywhere on a golf cart. Super friendly staff.

We loved staying here! From the concierge, the wait staff, to Joe the Bird guy, to Travis the bartender - we loved everyone and felt they were so helpful! We had a relaxing family vacation and enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Had a great time, room was comfortable and came with the most convivent little kitchenette. Also complimentary breakfast every morning. Definitely would stay again!
