"Amazing stay with my husband & two Sons. We are from England, so loved the cultural differences in this hotel. Staff were polite & helpful. Location was round the corner from Kyoto Station. Accessible to subway & meeting points for day trips. Traditional breakfast, which was excellent. They even accommodated me, as vegetarian. We loved the traditional Japanese onken & the yakatas provided for us to relax in. I would whole-heartedly recommend this as a fantastic place to stay & a cultural...

"Lovely hotel, with a modern warm aesthetic vibe and great location. Staff were very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Breakfast had great variety along with quality and nice restaurant and bakery facilities. Very pleased with experience."

"Great staff, tidy accomadation, comfy beds and great location"

"Rooms are extremely small. The bathroom had mold on the shower and it’s extra extra small. Convenient basic hotel. About 15 min walk to Shinjuku station. Got mixed information depending on who you asked on the shipping of our bags which might’ve caused us to miss the window of shipping. Always double check. Not a fan of the pillows or the AC."

"Everything in the hotel was perfect"

"Excellent room, good size for 3 people, good utilities, good location."

"We got a 2 bedroom suite, it was so spacious for a family of 4. Living and kitchen area equipped with a fridge, kettle and microwave oven. Lots of storage in the kitchen area. Master bedroom has a walkin robe. Second bedroom was light on with hanging space but that's the only complaint. Tv in master bedroom only. I would definitely recommend, the location is central and close by to a train station that is easy to access. Walking distance to the main strip of night markets in meyondong. Would...

"Room was large, especially for Japan standards. The king bed was also much wider than a standard king size. The rate for lounge access was a bit underwhelming, so if you can save money without it, I'd skip it. Also, we booked the room for 2 adults and 1 child, and apparently the 'included lounge breakfast " only applied for 2 adults. The hotel wanted over $30 USD for our child so we just opted to not eat breakfast there."

"Very impressed. The staff was helpful and kind and had an enjoyable stay"

"This was a great first stay in Osaka ! We got the larger room for extra space"

"Right next the shinkansen and other train lines, excellent amenities, and kind staff."
