Once when it was impossible to find one and when I managed to explain via google translator to staff they sent me to talk to reception. Our room had a wonderful view of the ocean/beach. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel had great night events, including one night with a DJ and alien out of this world decorations, which were enjoyed by all ages. They make you feel very comfortable. "This hotel was quite frustrating. First of all I will say the only amazing thing about the hotel was the pool. The pool is great and beautiful, however there are many downfalls which negate how great the pool is. First of all if you need wifi on your trip, this is not the place to go. The wifi doesn’t reach any of the rooms, they had pool wifi then made it for staff only, and the only area to use the wifi is in the lobby where it’s loud. I miss getting wifi when I wake up in the morning, but...

"The hotel is in a nice marina. The room was spectacular with two balconies and an amazing view. The restaurant at the hotel had a good menu and breakfast was good. However, the hotel is located in a secluded location, and you need a car. There was no restaurants or shopping available close to the hotel."

"I think buffet dining option is poor. You need to have more Turkish food ( sulu Yemek) . Also for evening buffet is very expensive, it doesn't worth £28 not including drink."
