"Pros: minimal design and aesthetic of the property was wonderful. Robes and slippers for both adults and children were appreciated. Options of indoor and outdoor pool were great. "Did not like the view out of the wondow!mess, rubbish on the ground, no lawns, building process and nothing lovely to look at! Not worth the price per night! Loud noice of TV from the next room! "Very nice hotel with excellent staff, especially whomever checked us in and Ana, who worked the evening shift. We enjoyed the sauna and steam room after a beautiful walk around town. Two pools. Upscale with an excellent value. 12 Euro cab ride to/from airport. The use of fragrance in cleaning products and laundry detergent made the room and bed overpowering for me, as I have chemical sensitivities. Highly recommend this hotel but ask for a “green cleaned” room if you have chemical or fragrance...

"We were only there for a brief layover. We very much enjoyed the bar, the special wine and the perfectly done burgers. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Finally, the reception staff helped us with transportation to and from the airport that made our brief stay comfortable and relaxing. "

"You walked in greeted by big warm smiles of precessional staff. I had a medical emergency and was sent to the ER. The night shift staff stayed with us the whole time while assisting EMT to get me into the ambulance. They even got me some herbal tea, cakes and cookies the next day and wish me a fast recovery. They really went far and beyond to make their guests feel warm, welcoming and comfortable. One of their staff Andrea ( I probably spelled her name wrong) made several dinner reservations for us and reminded us when she saw us. The house keeper did a phenomenal job. We will definitely stay there again. "
