"The rooms are nice and spacious, very clean and comfortable. My only complaint about the bathroom is that the open door policy—I do wish there was a sliding door or something based on the design. But the Elite Club is absolutely worth paying extra for at Riu. I loved having access to the private lounge where they made an INCREDIBLE Grey Goose martini! I do wish there was an option to make a reservation for brunch or lunch, and the breakfast/room service was just OK. The restaurants, however, are...

"The staff were wonderful, kind, and professional. They would go over and above to assist. We were limited to 3 restaurants; 2 were a buffet style which is not my thing. There is pool service for food and drinks. There is no shuttle to and from the airport. A taxi, Uber or other transportation is required if you are planning on leaving the resort for an outing. The drive to Sayulita was easy and quick. The weather was great, and there was no rip current. 10 mins from bucerias and 45 min...

"It is incredible that when you are at the property the staff cannot deliver proper information about th theme park. We were iinvited to visit it on a day it was closed, they did not let us know that and they did not provide any info on how the ticket price works during the soft opening, we had to investigate on tik tok. The property is excellent but this detail changed all our travel experience."

"GREAT RESORT"

"very friendly staff, very helpful."

"Some minor hiccups which shouldn’t be there at this price point. Reception staff and power outages were our pain points."

"I wish there are more options dinning."
