This was truly perfect—better than we could have hoped for. Spotlessly clean, wonderfully quiet, and full of great ambiance. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic. Amal and Bertrand were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Great room and location

We arrived after check-in time but the manager was waiting to take us to our room and give us our welcome rum punch drinks. The room was neat and clean and had everything we wanted. The next morning we walked onto the spacious balcony and were greeted with a magnificent vista that included a view of Caribbean waves breaking on a rock formation, lush vegetation and a vista that went on for miles. The villa for our 6 person group was perfect - large and the decor was lovely. Kitchen was modern and well-equipped. Everything was very clean. Private pool is small. Restaurant dinner fare was delicious. Staff were helpful and many spoke English. Room refresh must be requested. Carrefore grocery is a short 6 minute drive (closed Sundays). Would absolutely stay again.

We arrived after a long day of travel and were greeted warmly right away. They had an english-speaking staff member who was very helpful and showed us to our bungalow. We had a private veranda with a beautiful view (once the sun came up the next day), a nice room with a mini fridge and a safe and an air conditioner. The room was cleaned daily. My husband and I celebrated Christmas and his 50th birthday at this wonderful hotel nestled just outside Ste. Anne, a quiet retreat from the noisier resorts. From there, it was easy to make day trips in our rental car (a necessity) around Grand-Terre and Basse-Terre. The hotel is charming and immaculate, and most of the rooms are quiet bungalows with jungle views. Ste. Anne and Ste. Great location.

We had a very pleasant week at Habitation Du Compte. The restaurant is quite good. Chef Anthony prepared a gourmet Valentine's Day dinner. The hotel is clean and comfortable and it's just a short drive to some of the beautiful beaches on Guadeloupe. The nearby town of Sainte Rose nearby has several good restaurants as does Deshaies a further drive away.

Outdoor area of property has a beautiful art installation. The room was a good size, and the outdoor kitchen and dining area was intriguing. The main pool was under renovation, but the small personal pool which is allocated to each villa was adequate. A beach is under five minutes walk away. Parking is available for free. Spotless ameneties inside and out. New construction with modern zen design. Attention to details is very appreciated such as Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods avaliable, salt, pepper and cooking oil, etc.

The Paradise Tropical is amid some beautiful surroundings. One view is of the mountains, the other is of the sea.

One hour by car via a wonderful lush mountain pass, les galets rouges is an oasis of calm and refinement on the caribbean sea, gorgeous sunset on waterfront nearby.

Wonderful stay at the Langley. Mother/adult daughter trip. We were in a sea view bungalow. Clean, comfortable, easy access to the beach, restaurant, and beachside bar. The included breakfast was excellent. Many choices! The dinner was a little pricy at 26€, but it was worth it. We ate there every night - by choice, as we had a car.
