And, of course, Bayfield has a lot to offer, from national parks to great gift stores to a relaxed vibe. The ferry ride to Madeline Island is a lot of fun. And picking fruit on the orchards overlooking the city is a bonus."

"Deer trail lodge is a great getaway. Our cabin was nice and clean. It is easy to find, and a short scenic drive from Iron River. It is quiet and peaceful. There is a beach, boats, kayaks, a playground set, swing benches near the lake, fire pits, grills, and some short little hiking trails. This place is VERY dog friendly, which is awesome! The owners went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. I didn't read all of the notes in the listing about bringing our own towels. But that was on...
