We arrived hotel Acantilado in Tehuamixtle. Jalisco and the hotel informs us there are no rooms for us. We are 3 hours out in the middle of nowhere and it will be dark soon. I am thinking going to have to sleep in my car. So they now tell me that I can have a room for tonight, but it is not the room I paid for. I have only a place to sleep for tonight. We have an Expedia confirmation number, the reception is telling me there is no reservation. The reception told us to wait for the manager to...

This is an amazing place, gorgeous house. Cachi and and his wife, Gaby, the owners, were so kind and ready to make anything happened. Irma the housekeeper/chef made great food and was very kind. If you are looking to relax in PV, this is a great place to stay at. We had a minor issue with the hot water in our reserved room which was quickly fixed but Cachi upgraded us to a big suite with better views and a jacuzzi. He was always ready to help, taxis came quickly and we even had masseuses come...

Villa Divina was the perfect location, its beautiful and clean with breath taking views from our room or the pool location. It was simply the best place to wind down and relax like never before. It felt like the perfect dream. The entire Villa and our room were much more than we expected. I also need to thank the wonderful staff onsite that simply complimented our dream vacation. This hotel is the Gem of zona romantica in PV! Gorgeous and comfortable rooms. We love the decoration and every single detail in our room.
There are some little details that need some attention ie there’s no coffee maker in the rooms, the mini fridge doesn’t really get drinks cold so you need ice and to get ice you have to go to front desk to request some, I will definitely stay here again and hopefully with a coffee maker in the room
Thank you to all the friendly staff, specially to our...

Wonderful 2 weeks spent at Cabanas El Cielito. The staff was fantastic. They tried their best to provide everything we needed during our stay, even though our Spanish was very limited. A very special thanks to Fatima in the restaurant/bar for going above and beyond in helping us (she helped so much with the language). The food was excellent. All the staff was helpful and was always smiling. Beautiful piece of property.

Such a hidden gem. This place is more than a stay. It's an experience. Things to note are that you have to take a small boat to reach the property so pack light. The nature and beach are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the perfect blend of shelter and being one with nature. The restaurant on site is superb with quality organic ingredients that create art on a plate. Staff is friendly, approachable and super helpful. Can't wait to come back.

This is our third year coming to Garza Blanca, and once again we had a great experience. The resort is excellent in every way. The food, service, and rooms are all outstanding.
This year we stayed at the new Sanctuary in a two-bedroom suite. The property is beautiful, and every room has an amazing oceanfront view.
What really made our stay special was our butler, Marco. He was absolutely amazing. When we arrived, my mother-in-law realized she had forgotten her medication. I told Marco it was...

This is my second stay here, and I knew last year I would be back. The staff are super friendly and always greet with a smile. The pool is clean, the decor is happy, and it is a quiet place to stay. Excellent location for the beach, food, and as a solo woman traveling..very safe! I feel looked after here. Many thanks to Omar and this lovely staff...hasta la proxima!!

This is the best place, everything is so nice and pretty. It has two swimming pools and the staff is very friendly. The beach is like 200m walk and there are lots of restaurants around

Zona Z was beyond everything one could hope for a relaxing beach vacation. Siggy, Mark, Marcela and staff were as delightful as they were helpful at every turn. The room was so quiet (even with construction in the neighborhood). Our in-room massages and covid tests allowed us to stay relaxed and pampered throughout the entire trip. This was the first of many wonderful stays for us at Zona Z.

What a place!
I have stayed at many other nice and fancy places and nothing compares to this place.
Grand Vellas is on a whole other level. The service is amazing. Eric Santana was amazing! He was our concierge.
Two of their restaurants should be michelin rated. Thats how good they are!!!
I could go on and on about all of the little things that made this place great but less is more for anyone that reads this.
Even their kids club is amazing! So safe and clean. The way it's not...

The hotel is so much more beautiful in person! The staff went above and beyong to assure i and all guests were comfortable. They assisted me with great restaurant recommendations and coordinated my tours and transportation. I already cant wait to go back. Its truly the hidden gem of Puerto Vallarta and you will not be disappointed. Definitely felt like a 5 star hotel!!

We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better spot! We walked everywhere and the area was safe. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast- there are better places around for breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan.

The hotel located in a perfect spot - close to the beach, malecon, many restaurants. Easy to get here from the airport by the local bus.
I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast - it was cooked for me from scratch every morning, when many other hotels give just a bag of cold breakfast items. Also two bottles of water every day was a nice touch.
The room was spacious, and staff was very welcoming.
I could find a few things to complain about, but for the price I paid, I don’t want to.

the hotel is brand new. High over the town, you can look down and observe the action on the Malecon and the Centro. The room didn't have a tv, which surprised me, but the wifi worked fine. there is a full Sushi restaurant on the top floor.
