"Beautiful, spacious room looking out to Banderas Bay. Well maintained and well serviced. Great amenities - access to the beach, lots of restaurants/bars, gym, lots of pools to chose from. The food was great and the service was in the majority of cases, flawless and friendly. Only one slight issue with one restaurant waiter who took issue with us not tipping above the already included service charges and gratuities. This was pre-confirmed to us as being included in the All Inclusive package, which was part of the reason for selecting this package. Otherwise, great service. Staff across the board were friendly and helpful and generally couldn't do enough for their guests. The only slight issue other than the waiter previously mentioned, was that via booking the All-Inclusive package upfront, we were then subjected to a sales pitch straight after check-in for the hotel group's private residences. This was poorly timed at arrival (anyone arriving post long flight would not appreciate this I suspect) and when we expressed a lack of interest in purchasing the product, the conversation ended abruptly. This didn't spoil the experience as a whole however (everything else more than makes up for this), but is being added to this review for awareness. Great place to get away from it all - we would definitely recommend."

"We love this hotel and have stayed here three times. We deeply regret their decision to become an all inclusive this Spring. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to go out to eat and enjoy the town, we are not interested in staying in the hotel all the time or paying for food we wont eat. I hope they reconsider this decision, we would return if they did."

"We stayed with five adults and three children (ages 9, 6, and 3) and had an exceptional experience. Chef Beto’s breakfasts and dinners were outstanding, with restaurant-quality food and beautiful presentation. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and professional. Danny consistently anticipated our needs and provided excellent service, while housekeeping kept everything spotless and even handled our laundry, which was a huge convenience.Communication was excellent throughout the stay, including a helpful WhatsApp group before arrival. Patricia, the concierge, arranged transportation and a family photographer, both of which worked out wonderfully. The pool was clean, equipment was plentiful and well maintained, and the property was stocked with everything we needed. Overall, the service, food, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable family vacation."
