"Beautiful resort on an even better beach! Loved being able to walk steps to the beach and feel comfortable swimming in the nice clean and cool ocean. Take a little walk on the beach, head to the left and the very last massage spot (by the arch walkway) is a must! Puerto Vallarta is a lovely place with wonderful people. Nothing to fear at all!! "

"Older hotel both amazing ocean views! All staff were very friendly. Efficient front desk. Restaurant served very tasty Mexican fare with very professional and fun wait staff. The beach is rocky but the “ocean pool” is a great feature. Rooms are large with narrow balconies virtually over the water. Kitchenette was decently equipped. Stayed for two nights. Would definitely come back. The store off the lobby has a little bit of just about everything you would need for brief stays."

"Check in was extremely slow. I asked for 2 rooms together they did not accommodate despite me asking for this way ahead of time. Although I know it's not guaranteed it was still annoying. The family room was spacious. The service is average. Workers seem to be bothered by having to work. Food is not good at all. There is no restaurant that is always open. The restaurant times are very confusing because they all have different hours. Despite room service being 24 hours and the hotel being all inclusive it doesn't mean you can get room service whenever you want. ROOM SERVICE IS ONLY INCLUDED ONCE PER DAY. I find this to be dumb and they should make it clear when booking. If you need water and don't like drinking from the refillable water fountain make sure to bring your own bottled water. They do not provide any bottled water. The mini fridge is only refilled once daily and again you can not order extra drinks through room service. The only positive thing is that they do have multiple activities a day. Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here. I have stayed at hotels with better food and better service. "

It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials to prepare meals and grill. Everything was just a short drive or quick Uber ride away—and Ubers come right to the door, making it super convenient to get around.Pool & Patio: 10This was hands down our favorite part. The pool and patio area are incredible—you honestly won’t want to leave. We spent most of our time out there relaxing, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the view.Service: 10The property owner Ken was incredibly attentive and easy to reach, always responsive to any questions or needs we had. The housekeeping and pool staff were also wonderful—friendly, professional, and a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful getaway in PV! We’ve already booked our stay for 2027!"

"We had an absolute amazing time here. Fide, Rogelio and Carmen were top notch. Food was amazing, beach and town were great, and taxi team was very friendly. Jose Alfonso was great with communication also as this was our first time to PV. We felt VERY SAFE! We will be back for sure. We miss it already and miss Fide and Rogelio. :)"
