"We stayed 2 nights, and for the most part it was good. The woman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Family Studio Suite, which was very nice, but required going down 75 steps (yes, I counted...), which was hard since I have problems with my knees. The only other down side was that the hot water was sporatic, which I sort of expected after reading other reviews. There WAS hot water to shower several different times, but several other times there was not. I don't...
