"La administracion no fue nada professional ni comprensible debido à la situation que presentamos en cuanto al clima donde esta situado el hotel y mi esposo se emfermo por el calor y la humedad que hay y le dio una alergia muy grande que no respiraba, le notificamos al hotel y nos negaron el refund de las noches restantes que nos quedaban osea fue fatal , llamamos à la persona encargada y nos dijo que no nos devuelven el dinero. Que mala experience hemos tenido en ese hotel"

"Family of 4 (kids 12 and 12). We had a great time, great vibe and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the food (smaller selection but different themes and items everything). Wait staff and bartenders and front desk very helpful. Our room had some things like poor water pressure, one shower was cold. Some ants I. One of the room but they kept to themselves on the wall and didn’t bother us too much. Amazing sunsets and beautiful view. Jigged into town via beach in 20 minutes…walk in 45 minutes....

However, There are two locations for this hotel. one is near the main road - that is where the pool is and it is a small pool so we didn't end up using it. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the beach area which was as advertised. Excellent breakfast included. Staff were great. It is a small town so easy access to everything."

The staff are very kind & seem to all make sure to know you by name. As others said the included laundry service is a really nice feature, daily cleaned clothes for yoga and beach means less extra clothing to pack or dirty laundry to travel with. Morning yoga classes were wonderful. Their shuttle drops you at their sister property serving same food...

The customer service was truly excellent—everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The location is perfect—close to everything, yet still peaceful and quiet. "This hotel was quite nice. I really enjoyed the curtained space outside of my room. The fan helped keep the bugs away, but the noise from the road was quite loud. The location is off the main road coming into town, so there a lot of cars during the day. The pool was nice, but it was always very buggy around it."

Great beach, one of the best I have been in Costa Rica. Affordable. I don’t know if they have any beach chairs, I didn’t asked. There are none available at the beach except for the next door resort which they don’t rent. There are different activities offered by other businesses."
