" Unfortunately we didn’t get any check in instructions, so we had to call them to send a guy to check us in. He didn’t speak a word of english, so the information was rather lacking. He tried, via google translate to tell us he would clean the rooms.. but in the end we had to ask for it… that ment ‘making our beds’ but not cleaning the floor or taking out the trash or restocking toiletpaper, etc. Also the shower cabin was so small, thet it would only fit a child. "Fantastic staff -- Silvio and Marcus, along with several others at the front desk were amazingly helpful. Nice spacious and clean room, with nice design details. The hotel is a short walk to the historical center (3-5 minutes) and a short walk and one-stop metro ride to the train and bus station. Great breakfast and amazing bread! I would stay here again if I visit Catania in the future. Highly recommend. Seyda "
