Definitely not fancy if you are going for the pool, DON’T but the bar /restaurant, beach, happy hour were great. Staff were friendly and accommodating! If you love the Hilton than this hotel is NOT for you. "

"The Divi was very good location and we had great service in general. The suite was great and the grounds perfect with our babies. The proximity to the beach and to dining options was really nice. They need to work on the management of their beach side restaurant where we encountered an issue but the management was keen into hearing our feedback and hopefully they fix things soon for other customers. "no airport shuttle but Lea arranged a taxi and negotiated a price did not look for a gym! Staff were excellent, from Lea at reception to the great waiters and support staff. Very friendly and helpful. Cab from port is very expensive, $20 US pp. Lea said we were overcharged but you have limited choice at port"

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. when I arrived there was nobody at the office. eventually someone came but the room was not ready and had to wait for them to clean the room. check in was at 3pm. I arrived at 4 pm and did not get the room until 6 pm"
