"Yes the breakfast was hot and ready in abundance everyday. And the staff was really professional young and old. They even had quarters ready to by for laundry machines. The way they be tucking them sheets. The whole staff must be ex military staff. Lol"

"The room key didn’t work the first time, went back to the front desk. I told her that I could hear the tv on in the room so more than likely occupied. She gave us a new key and said try again. Back up the elevator and still it didn’t work. Third time a new room. The carpets are old and dirty both in & out of the room. Breakfast area clean and sufficient stuff to pick from."

"Called to let them know I would arrive after midnight and she was kind and waited for me. I really appreciated her response to my apologies. The room was clean and quiet. There were enough towels AND shampoo. I was charged a $50 incidental fee and was refunded 7 days later (without asking or having to remind them). I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying (on a budget) in the Atlanta area. Thank you again, for the front desk clerk. She is a great person."

"My husband I stayed at this hotel while we were assisting my parents move to another state. We ended up staying three different nights in different rooms. Each room had different things missing. The lights on the elevator didn't work. You couldn't tell which floor you were on, because the lights didn't illuminate. There was a greasy film in the sink that appeared that cleaner had been applied but never wiped off. The toilets are so low to the flow, it was very hard to get up for myself and my husband. They were child height. There wasn't even a bucket for ice. This hotel had a lot of issues to be part of the Hilton brand. I was very unimpressed. We stayed there out of necessity, but will not stay there again."

"We arrived in the evening, our key cards did not work twice and we finally were able to switch rooms. The dining room was vacant, the bar was open. A small Caesar salad was $17 - really?! The 'snack' area had some food choices that did not include prices - so you would need to grab some items and then take them to the check-in to find out what they cost. The room was great and we slept well. They could do better on displaying prices for items they sell. "
