"This is a good hotel and the staff is nice. Amera helped us multiple times during our stay. The rooms are clean but I just didn’t like the beds or pillows they were too soft and didn’t provide us much relief while resting from the convention in town. Also the Bluetooth mirror is a pain. Getting up in the middle of night to use the restroom and hearing a loud “beep beep” trying to connect to Bluetooth is annoying as heck especially with a light sleeping partner."
"Very disappointed at this place ....... rooms were older and had a stench to them ....... the saddest breakfast I've ever seen anywhere .......... kept running out of everything and not restocking ........ loud music playing in the kitchen ........ just very unproffessional altogether"
