"My only complaint is that the shower in the bathroom did not work properly. I was forced to take a bath with hot water. The mixer was not functional. I left for a function at 10:00 AM with the promise that it would be repaired. I returned at about 8 or 9 PM and it was not. A second complaint saw a very apologetic plumber replacing the "Mixer". Apparently the report/complaint was not accurately recorded or passed on to him. The efficient Airport Shuttle driver made up for my disappointment."

"The staff did a really good job. However, I’m on business Travel and they had no Wi-Fi. I had a long day of travel and I got to my room at about 9 o’clock and it was about 85° and I think the bathroom was well into the 90s. It was not a great way to start my trip. It’s a clean and well maintained property with good staff just some hiccups and bumps."
