The staff at the front desk were wonderful. The rooms and the hotel as a whole was super clean and smelled clean. Convenient parking. Had a laundry area as well as work out area. Will definitely be back

The minute we approached this place, we liked it. We were met at the door by the host. She introduced herself and the place for us. The place is cozy, clean and comfortable. She made us feel like we were visiting relatives than staying at a bed and breakfast. If you forgot anything or just looking for someplace to eat, there's a publix strip mall with a domino's pizza and Chinese food with a 2 minute drive or walk of 10 minutes. I enjoyed the on site eating sites and I loved that it was in walking distance of Gateway Arena. It felt safe walking to and from the arena.

Fantastic weekend stay at the Candler. The room was large and comfortable as was the big bathroom. Large windows with great light. The on-site restaurant is terrific, which is good because there isn't much else to choose from nearby.

I am never disappointed when I am here. Good food, friendly staff, quiet room.

Everything was perfect! Staff was friendly, present and very knowledgeable re. their jobs. Rooms were well appointed and inviting. Environment was calming and elevated.

Good location and the rooms are clean. Plenty of ways to charge the phones. Would have like to had bottled water.

We went to the wrong renaissance close by via Uber. Very clean and conveniently located and can use train next door to the airport. Shower is awesome but breakfast very expensive a toast was 4$ and omelette was around 8-9$ but best hotel to stay you can avoid traffic and delays and you get the airport shuttle only from the domestic but not international but overall a nice brand new hotel

Everyone was extremely kind. The breakfast was amazing. Best bed I’ve ever slept in. You’ll regret it if you don’t stay here!

Was in town to see mentor. Everyone was professional and kind. The place itself could use some extra clean (vents, pool (inside and outside) fitness center etc). Bathroom shower, water starts out a little brown before it gets clear. Takes a while to get hot. Fitness center bathrooms smell of urine-saunas don't work. Overall location was great, and everyone was kind and professional.

I stay at the 4 Seasons often but this was the first time I used the pool and spa and I was not disappointed
