"We loved the hotel ever since we arrived. The lobby was beautiful and made us forget the unpleasant experience of waiting for a shuttle that never arrived. On the other hand, the lady who helped us when we told her what had happened said she had just arrived and didn't know anything; she was a bit rude. She gave us a nice room, and we were able to rest comfortably. The breakfast was very varied and good."

Bar food could definitely be cooked a little better and longer. My room came with 20% off and it never got offered to me and I didn’t care to ask them about it either but still would be nice if they let me know or asked. "
