Used the pool and hot tub. Enjoyed it and very clean. Breakfast was great.

Very attentive staff. Clean

This hotel is newly opened and still cleaning up the small details such as ice buckets and trash cans in the room. Jamie, the front desk person was excellent. She was very patient troubleshooting any issues.

Newly renovated. Very clean. Very affordable. I'd go back again.

Extra friendly and helpful staff!

Everything about the hotel and my stay was wonderful. Will stay there next year.

We were very happy with both the cleanliness and the genuine kindness of the staff. I appreciated the texts that check in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. Overall, 10/10! We will be back!

After reading the reviews of all of the Effingham Hotels, we chose The Hampton Inn & Suites. The hotel was extremely clean, as was our room. The bed was very comfortable, the comforter and pillows were cozy and soft. The bathroom was nice sized with name brand toiletries available. Since this stay was during Covid, it was nice that guests and staff were wearing masks, and hand sanitizer was available at the main check-in desk, as well as, a small bottle in our room. It was so quaint and spacious. Love the cute vintage decor. It was fun to read the hidden notes in the brick wall. The room was quiet and clean. There was a free coffee bar down the hallway. It was close to all the attractions. The $10 breakfast credit was easy to use at a choice of local restaurant. We received a code to enter the building and room. Staff were very professional and informative. Highly recommend and would stay again. Great place in a quaint little town.

Guest check in was easy and pleasant. Samantha waa great and even suggested a wonderful place for dinner. She was spot on. Room was beautiful and super clean. Comfy bed too. Breakfast was very good and one if the best I've had in a hotel in a long time. Thank you for a great stay!

Very clean. Nice pool area. Fitness area and pool had long hours of operation. Free breakfast is fine-nothing special, but typical of many free breakfasts. Firm and soft pillows are a nice touch. A platter of cookies in the lobby during the afternnon is also very nice. I arrived to the hotel early (around 230) because my flight arrived ahead of schedule (a first!) and they didn't give me any trouble checking in early. Overall very pleasant.

Nice stay
