"The staff were amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. The free, sweet treats by the front desk are a nice touch. Our room faced the interior courtyard so it was very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower great with the option of the rain shower head or handheld. We even loved the square-shaped toilet. LOL. The location is convenient to the park and many other attractions. "

"We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was a fantastic stay. Spacious and clean. We were a party of 4 and the 2 bedroom was perfect. 2 adults 2 kids. It felt very safe and there was someone always at the lobby. Will definitely stay here again when in Madrid."

Breakfast buffet was well organized and literally has hundreds of options and everything was delicious! Rooms are comfortable, clean and have everything you need. The rooftop has the best view in Madrid! We also loved the location of the hotel. Will definitely stay here again!"
