"The room was clean"

"Room was great. We got the premium room with a terrace. Everything in the room was in working order. The ac worked but was a little loud but other than that the stray was perfect! Would highly recommend staying here if you have a flight the next day. A bunch of restaurants within walking distance. Going into Madrid would take a bit though but there is a metro station about 10 min walk away. Staff was very friendly. No issues with the stay. Also airport shuttle was timely!"

"I really appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of most of the staff. The room was clean and our request for extra towels was provided for in a timely manner. The staff did accommodate storage of our refrigerated prescription meds. One downfall is there is no mini fridge or microwave in the room. "
