"Great Hotel with fantastic staff and service. Please communicate with guard if staying out pass 11pm. Otherwise you will be locked out. Great stay and welcoming staff. Helped me and my wife order food late while dining in. Will stay again. "

"Nice service except the maid always took away the card that let the air be cool during the day when I was out, even though I set it very high (in the 80s, farenheit, 27 celsius) which was very mean!!! I really suffered when I came back to the room!!! I tried to keep her out of my room but she kept coming back. i kept having to go up and down stairs because the key kept failing was a second problem. Finally, they do not understand that many customers *need* the bannister and keep greasing it...
