We enjoyed our stay by the river. Very peaceful. Had an excellent breakfast.

We enjoyed this place so much! Wished we could’ve stayed longer

Beautiful house and location. The breakfast was great. I had the French toast both day. Our hosts were friendly and gave us some good tips. The house is in the country so you have to drive a few miles to the closest restaurants.

Peaceful location, clean and comfortable, large room, and breakfast! I stayed to break up a long drive, but could happily have stayed longer.

This was a two-night visit full of lovely surprises, beginning when the SatNav sat down late in the evening and our hostess, Margo, drove out to rescue us in the dark and lead us 'home'. Next morning, after a great night's sleep, we both found a beautiful fresh fruit cocktail awaiting us when we arrived at the breakfast table. Never having been to this part of Co Tyrone before, surprise No 3 awaited us when we went outside after breakfast and caught sight of the spectacular view. From the...

We'd had a miserable time. Couldn't get the phone or credit cards to work first two days. Came down sick the next two days. Finally got up to Donegal, the home region of my O'Donnell relatives, and decided we couldn't get back to Dublin. Asked Expedia. Saw bargain. Grabbed bargain. Found out it was not just an hour away, but in Northern Ireland. Cursed Expedia. Drove over. Wonderful gentleman named John. Huge bed, big room, great view. Exquisite dinner. Low price. Fantastic property! Beautiful historic manor house set high above Lough Erne. Well maintained and equipped for a memorable stay.

Walking distance to town. Warm and welcoming staff. Great value and pleasant experience.

The estate has much to offer and is also close to other attraction. The hosts are absolutely amazing. We will definitely be going back!

Staff were really friendly, the food in the restaurant was awesome

Staff from the get go were spot on, food excellent, service excellent. Staff gave good and reliable evaluations of places to eat. When they could decide or find a restaurant to serve a traditional Irish meal, the staff had the chef make one for us. It was a perfect meal and perfect setting. Close to city center, and shopping close by, attractions and golf close by.

Beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. Close to the town and places to explore.

Fantastic property everything you need If you like peace and quiet with scenic views do not hesitate to book Will 100% stay again

An unbelievably pleasant stay. Derg Arms was a half way stop for me as I was traveling between Sligo and the north coast of Ireland. For a really good nightly rate i got a well maintained, clean room and a fantastic free breakfast in the morning The entire staff and owner were beyond accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling.
