"We were just there for one short night, but the property was beautiful. The room was very comfortable and the staff was accommodating and friendly. We dined in the bar and the food was delicious. "Langtons was the perfect stay for us in Kilkenny. We booked 3 Queen rooms and all 3 were upgraded to Garden Suites. The rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of seating and a large bay window that faced greenery outside. The bathroom was huge and beautifully appointed. We were gratefully located on the ground floor, as there is no elevator. It was very private and quiet. The location in Kilkenny was perfect and we walked everywhere we needed to go. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. "

"A great convenient hotel close to the train station and easy walking distance to the Kilkenny Castle, thw Medieval Mile, and Smithwicks brewery. The included daily breakfasts in the restaurant had a wide variety of choices and were very tasty. There are plenty of pubs nearby for dinners and the other thing that we found very useful was the nearby Brett's laundrette where you can get a good-sized load of clothes washed, dried and folded for 20 Euros."
