Check in is simple and easy, we opted for the birthday package for our son andthe room was decorated, a handwritten card and lovely birthday dessert platter. The staff are so friendly, food was amazing and the atmosphere at the bar with the entertainment was brilliant. The hotel itself is lovely and clean, our room was big as well.
