"We enjoyed our stay."

"This hotel is well priced, in a central location, and has all the basics. The cafe staff were very friendly and made delicious lattes. The room was clean and had everything needed for a short stay. Front desk staff were lovely. Is this a 5 star hotel? No. Could it use some cosmetic upgrades? Yes. But overall, absolutely no complaints for the price."

"We were at the hotel for 4 days. Housekeeping was never done. On the last evening, when I complained, the front desk gave me new towels. My reservation stated that breakfast is included. I noticed that they had charged me for breakfast on two mornings. When I asked at the front desk, they told me it was just for accounting purposes and that I wouldn't be charged. After I left, I noticed breakfast charges on my credit card. Disappointed."

"It was rainy very hard during my stay and the water was all over my floor because there is a crack on the wall. I brought this issue to the front deck and they just simply ignored me. Terrible service !!!"

"I was only there one night but it was a wonderful time"

"The overall property and stay was decent. That being said I was more than unpleased that my room or towels were not cleaned or refreshed. I only got fresh towels after asking on the 3 day. Housekeeping please do better in the future. The desk in the room was dirty before we got there."

"Good stay"

"The staff were very cordial and accommodating. The restaurant is fine dining, loved it. The hotel room is large and the bathroom is roomy. We experienced only trickle of water in the sink, and the toilet flushed periodically, but it all still worked out."

"Got a room"
