"Pool and beach were amazing temperature. Drinks were great. The staff don’t speak English so it was hard to communicate with them. Received a bit of miscommunication due to the language barrier but other than that it was a nice trip. Rooms were clean, hotel was well maintained. Very lively environment we thoroughly enjoyed our time here"

"Property was clean and very well manicured. Food was good with a lot of options. The pools were clean and nice ( very big). Getting into the “ walk-ins “ restaurants was not a walk-in situation. You had to go to the restaurant when they open at 6:00pm and get your name on the list. It’s more like call ahead seating. But overall I would recommend this resort.😊"

"The customer service was amazing, I booked the Elit Club and it was the best thing ever. On day two the guests next door put out a speaker that was very loud and started putting trash in the pool. I reported the issue to the front desk, and I was changed from room and the rest of my vacation was outstanding. The Buffet was the best to me they had better food than 3 of the restaurants I visited. The Elite Bar and the Elite Pool were outstanding. Everyone in the facility was so helpful and provided excellent customer service. They work so hard to make sure everything is clean and well presented. The local store on the facility was great also and had everything one would need or forgot to bring."

"The excellence resort was absolutely stunning. Right away from arriving at the resort you can tell they care about customer service. The food could be a hit or miss but we just ordered a lot of the menu and there is bound to be something good. Loved the nightly entertainment. Michael tribute was so fun. Thank you for making my husbands birthday special! "

"Overall I did receive a clean and well maintained room. However, I did struggle with a lot of mosquitoes and needed to call staff multiple times to fumigate the room. Most staff were nice however some when asking for fumigation it did take a lot longer and had to wait for hours. Also when booking with guest services initially the staff mixed up our reservations and we were stranded on the second night without dinner reservations. The Indian restaurant manager at the time was very rude and did not want to understand our situation and how the guest service made the mistake. We ended up going back to guest services and the lady there that night was very helpful and made multiple attempts and was finally able to get us in one of the other spots. "
