Good breakfast. The street is in the middle of downtown, it has restaurants and shops, busses, taxis, cafes...a mall.

Reasonable taxi ride to gondola, great breakfast.

Thus place is another example of hotel star rating of big money big corporation hotels. I think this place does not have 5 stars but way better than a lot of 5 star hotels I lodge. Check in and out was swift and quick, staff was very courteous and friendly. Everything was very nice. The place is right at the center of the city, you can walk everywhere. One thing to pay attention if you miss the breakfast in furst morning just stay another night to catch it next mirning. Breakfast is phenomenal...

Very friendly and kind staff. There was a problem with my room key which caused a beeping noise in the morning, but they took care of it immediately. Breakfast is decent. The room is spacious and clean. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and a taxi stand is nearby. Overall this is a very nice place to stay in Erzurum.

Overall it‘s a very nice hotel, friendly staff, only a few know english though. They gave us different rooms than first assigned due to renovations.

This is what is called a business man’s hotel. Very plain but everything we needed, including helpful staff, was provided.
