"Majestic hotel renovated to mimic early beginnings in 1880. Very comfortable but room felt dated after newer hotels we had stayed in until you realize it is a beautiful traditional decor fitted out with Royal Doulton bathroom fittings. Never imagined I would stay in Trafalgar Square, we easily walked down Whitehall to Westminster and the next day to Oxford, Picadilly and Regent Street. Plug in basin not working and couldn't work out the air conditioning but if it had worried us, we would have contacted the staff."

"Very well located hotel. Our room was junior suite with London Eye view, so view was amazing. Also enough space for 2 adults and 1 teen (separate rooms). Hotel is a little bit older and could use some touch ups, but room service was excellent so it made up for little interior faults. Dint go for breakfast though. Seemed too crowded and we used other catering options around the hotel."

"Fabulous hotel. Staff are always extremely helpful, friendly and make you feel special. The room was very spacious and extremely clean. The reastaurant and tea room provided a wide choice of foods and the breakfast was delicious. "
