"Good quite place to stay"

"Over all good but nota great"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Only negative for us was the open shower concept (I was cold when I showered), which is a personal preference/opinion, I like a door on my shower. Location had walkable bites to eat, and their rooftop bar was a nice drinks and light bites with a view at night. We would for sure stay there again."

"Our stay was almost perfect! Our only complaint was there was broken glass on the floor when we got there and we stepped on it."

"Clean room and good breakfast."

"They are in the process of remodeling. What they have done already is VERY nice. I have stayed in nicer places in my life, but the customer service is absolutely over the top. "Front desk clerk was wonderful - and her crafts for sale were great!"

We were in the “newer” section so not sure if that half of the hotel is the low cost portion. We had a lovely time but that was a fairly big concern considering we spent most of our...

"This hotel should be demolished & rebuilt. The hallway carpeting is as old as the hotel. The vending machines do not work. The ice machines are very dirty and most do not work. There is a dirty fan blowing from the elevator closet on bottom floor into the hallway. The elevator has no service inspection reports in it and is also dirty. The mattresses in our rooms must have been 30 years or older. I could feel the springs through them and could not sleep. The leather chair in the room in...
