"An absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! The hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every staff member was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities were excellent, the atmosphere was relaxing, and every detail made our stay feel special. The location was perfect, and the overall service was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. I will definitely be coming back!"

"This is a unique place. It was a little difficult to find and looks like it’s in a very sketchy area however there is security at the front and it’s a nest ambience from the minute you walk in. It was t perfectly spotless clean especially in the bathroom. The mini fridge worked. The AC takes forever to make the room cool and its keycard activated. The location and rooftop view of the pyramids were exceptional. The included breakfast was nice and very culturally different but very nice. The restaurant food was very good. The wifi wasn’t very good and sadly I was on the highest floor for guest rooms and they had a party booked from 10pm-12am but it went on and it was very loud and I couldn’t really sleep. Try to get a room lower down to avoid this problem. Lower your standards a bit and come to a place that’s unique and quirky in a good way. You get what you pay for but I’d stay there again I think. Staff were very friendly and nice."

"We were attending a wedding, stayed one night only. Room was clean and everything was new. Checking in was slightly slow but efficient. Check out was great. Staff were friendly. Wedding food was amazing. As we are originally from Egypt living in Miami Florida we decided to try room service with Egyptian dishes but wasn’t as expected. Overall our stay was enjoyable."

"The stuff was amazing, the Concierge lady Caroline make sure that all my questions were answered and she did some reservations of the property that were very useful, the rooms were clean and has everything I needed, the property was clean and very close to the pyramid which was useful because we went to the pyramid and to the new grand museum which was an experience of its own, we would definitely stay there again we loved it, we felt safe and well taking care of, it was our first time landing in Egypt so we didn’t know what to expect but this Hotel made our State feel like home."

"Ali was very accommodating and welcoming. He made us feel confortable and made sure we had all we needed during the trip. The rooms were very clean, and room cleaning was made when we needed. Breakfast was good and generous. Thank you again for this amazing stay"

"Stayed a Marriott Mena House for 4 nights as a base for site-seeing the pyramids and the new museum. It's a fantastically maintained property with lovely rooms (we had a pyramid view deluxe double), wonderful green space and a fantastic pool area. The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Special shout out to the concierge for helpful us with airline-lost baggage. The only consideration is location. The hotel is perfect for the pyramids and new museum, but is approx. 30-40 minutes drive from downtown Cairo for the old museum, grand bazaar etc etc. We would recommend Marriott Mena House over and over again. It's truly fantastic hotel."
