"Just want to say the hotel staff was excellent and offered top notch service. The only issue was the cleanliness of the room and balcony. There were multiple spiders covering the balcony where it was a waste of money to pay for the lakeview. We could not sit out there for a minute. The room itself I had to rid of 6 spiders, and my young daughter was scared to sleep alone in her bed. Overall, it was a pretty nice resort but fell short considering the cost we paid to stay there."

"The bay view was wonderful and the atmosphere was great! However, the bugs were awful. There were spiders crawling onto our beds, all over the walls and jumping ones in the bathrooms. The breakfast options were underwhelming and the main doors wouldn’t shut all the way. For the price paid, the only thing worth it was the view unfortunately. There was little staffing to ask questions, not enough lobby carts and rarely any house keeping."

"Outside of main building grass wasn't cut and landscaping was a mess. Parking lot was FULL of weeds and trash through out entire lot, Room 711 was a joke. Outdated , wallpaper was pealing off on ALL walls. Stained ceiling and yellow dirty outdated outlets throughout room. Windows were filthy. Carpets had nasty stains right by the bed. I was charged over 500.00 for the one night. Should have been 150.00"

"The management was terrible and disrespectful. I had a two night stay. They even deactivated my key after the first day and gave another customer two keys to my room. I told management about the poor customer but they did nothing for me. False advertisement and don’t stay here!!!"

"So my family and I have been staying at Sherry tree suites for over five years. My main thing with them is that when I try to book directly with them, it’s so much more money so I had to book with Expedia this year. There’s no discount or they say there is but it’s still $100 more a night than what I got on Expedia very frustrating.
