"The property itself is beautiful, I definitely recommend, but front desk staff not so it took 5 hours for us to get our room, and they took our passports to back room for 4 hours I did not understand that part of the check in process. "

"This is a very fancy hotel, and the geography is beautiful. The staff is solid, but they cater to the owners of the villas located on site…not the hotel guests. There was also loud music until late at night two nights we were there, once until 4:00am. "
