"EXPEDIA should be ashamed of themselves to have a property in their system of this caliber!! This is CANADA. We have much higher standards than this. Upon arrival, the door/screen door was wide open and upon entering there was NOBODY in the whole house. I called the phone number of the Mamora Inn and got a person who said " write your name & particulars on the paper at the desk and let yourself in, I will be back there at 9:30p" (this was at 4p). "There is no staff on site so you have to text or call while standing beside a busy highway to get your room number and an access code. The room is clean and has modern furnishings and comfortable bedding. However, the room was freezing cold but there is no thermostat in the room to adjust the temperature. There are virtually no amenities provided - no facial tissue, no bedside lamps, one bath towel (I had to ask for more), a tiny bar of Chinese soap and that’s about it. The rod to hang clothing...

"It was an awesome place to stay. The hosts were very friendly and helpful - and made a great breakfast - like blueberry pancakes with maple syrup. The location itself is very interesting an (I think) 12- or 16- sided cordwood house - very unique. Both the house&rooms as well as the garden were impeccably well-maintained. Would highly recommend."
