"Room was very good size and clean. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Only downside was elevator gets very busy. "

"No coffee available after 9:00 am Written sheet in the room stated coffee maker available for rooms, but when requested - none were available. Clean room, very friendly staff, everyone helpful. One elevator being serviced during our stay, but really did not impact us. The only elevator was pretty quick. Room on check in had stairs to get to it. Our room was changed without any issue when I requested a more “accessible” room."

"While the Twin Fin may not be the most modern, luxurious hotel you may be looking for, it is well appointed, scrupulously clean, and the staff and amenities are exemplary. Treat yourself to an ocean view room, the view and sunsets are not to be missed. The location cannot be rivalled, especially if you have children, as you are directly across the road from the Waikiki Wall, a beach area protected from the waves and creating a perfect spot for young beach goers. "

"The ocean was partly visible from the room. It was a very nice convenient location. Room is a little old, with mold in the tiles in the showers. Overall good. Staff at checking was very nice and helpful. Would come back again but will request a better view."
