"The hotel is located in the heart of Waikiki, and the convenience of this location was truly a jackpot. Although the pool was on the smaller side, we had the best beach in Hawaii right in front of us, which more than made up for it. We were checked in just after midnight by James Yi at the front desk. Despite the late hour, he was incredibly enthusiastic and gave us the warmest welcome. Throughout our stay, whenever James saw us, he made a genuine effort to connect, assist us, and ensure our experience was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His exceptional service was a standout moment of our trip and played a key role in our decision to join the hotel’s membership program. This hotel not only offers an unbeatable location but also an outstanding level of hospitality. The staff’s friendliness, especially James’s dedication, made us feel right at home. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every interaction reflected genuine care and professionalism. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.
