"We really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Waikiki! The views were beautiful, and the location was fantastic—everything we wanted to do in Waikiki was within walking distance. Our lower-floor oceanfront room made getting around easy, with very little elevator waiting. The pools were a highlight, and the waterslide was so much fun! Our reserved chaise lounge at the Edge pool was worth it: close to the water, plenty of shade, and great service. We watched turtles swimming around while in the infinity pool. HinaHina was great for both breakfast and lunch. We also loved the market for snacks, drinks, and Spam musubi—it was open early until late. Fresh towels and housekeeping were readily available, and the water and ice stations on each floor were convenient. Netflix and HBO in the room were a nice bonus. The ability to do laundry at the hotel once during our stay was also helpful. We ended up rescheduling our beach-chair reservation because of wind, but it ended up being more practical to have a separate pool day anyways. Plenty of chairs available even if you do not pay for reserve. We felt very safe with our items or having my nephew play at the kid’s pool while we were at the adult pool. Overall, a wonderful stay with beautiful views, fun pools, and an excellent location. We would happily return!"

"Room section hallways are hot, should have a make-up air ventilation system Exterior of hotel is showing its age, requires an upgrade. Elevators are old, should be upgraded & are hot inside. Rooms & interior of hotel has been maintained."

"Great location especially for people new to this island, lots of dining options. Waikiki beach is great for swimming unlike other beaches where the surf is rough. Rooms are large and very clean, beds very comfortable, great balcony especially if you have an ocean view. Furnishings are not high end but the room still feels clean and comfortable, not luxurious."

Airport Honolulu Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

"I liked that the property was close to the airport. We did not have a lot of airport or road noise that was a bonus. The pillows were like squares of cardboard so not very comfortable. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. The restaurant waitress was rude and literally rolled her eyes and huffed at you if you asked for anything. It would have also been nice to have a coffee carafe or something in the lobby for guests when we arrive or before and after the restaurant was opened. Like if we needed to go down into the lobby. The experience with the restaurant was not welcoming ,so you did not want to go in there and ask for just a coffee, the waitress demeanor was that you were an inconvenience. This stay was at the end of a 3 week vacation, we were tired and had, had excellent experiences up until the restaurant. No photo op with that staff person. 🤣🌴✈️"
