"The room was clean, but it was so loud throughout the night. I could barely sleep."

"Lovely property and amenities and very helpful staff. Only"

"The room was beautiful, we were upgraded to a full ocean view which was stunning. Room was large, clean and well equipped. The staff were kind and very helpful."

"Excellent! Close proximity to Ala Moana Mall and Magic Island. The staff is amazing!"

"The customer service was out of this world 5 star."

"This review is about a specific room I booked on Expedia. It was on the ground floor, at the end of a hallway. The room itself was fine, probably like all other rooms. However, it only had a small window facing onto the sidewalk and most of that window was covered by a panel masked with what looked like fake green leaves. "**The Laylow was AMAZING!** I could not have asked for a better place to stay. I am already looking forward to going back to Hawaii, and honestly, I would go back just to stay at this hotel! The location is perfect! The housekeeping staff was amazing, and the rest of the hotel staff was just as friendly and...

"For the price, it's a fantastic stay. The location is very convenient. The staff was friendly. The door locks early, so be ready for that. Otherwise no issues at all."

My friend and I needed two rooms, so we turned the living room, using the fold out bed, into a second bedroom. The bathroom was HUGE! I thoroughly enjoyed the deep...

"The AC was on the floor in the main room, bedroom was humid and no AC. Otherwise the stay was great!"

"Beautiful view and great beaches!"

"Check in and valet were excellent. Room view of the mountains was great."
