"The location is amazing. The balcony view was everything, overlooking Diamond Head. Restaurants and stores all around. The staff are attentive and friendly! They have filtered water available on the first and third floor so bring your reusable water bottle. There were some down sides... the bathroom needs a deep clean. The shower head was too low for tall people and had hard water built up. The hallways and elevators don’t have AC so be ready. The elevators can be very slow during peak hours. There was a wide gap between the room door and the carpet which let hot air in. We covered it with a towel to help the room stay cool. Overall a good stay!"

"Great location, great hotel. The staff (reception, cleaning, facilities) were all so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that they allowed me to check in early and out late to accommodate my flights. I recommend a corner room-I had a magnificent view of both Diamondback and the ocean. The beach is just steps away, and they provide beach chairs and towels. The restaurant was outstanding. My only wish is that it was open for breakfast. Plenty around within walking distance. Would stay there again!"
