"Overall had a good experience. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything, which made getting around really easy. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas really stood out, and it’s clear the staff takes pride in maintaining the property. That said, there were a couple of downsides. Takes a while to get towels. Additionally, the parking fees were quite expensive, which is something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a car. Overall, it’s a solid choice for the location and cleanliness, but the service efficiency and parking costs could definitely be improved."

"We wanted to do the tourist thing and see what was good or bad about Waikīkī. This hotel was was close to the park,zoo and walking distance to beach. Loved the place! Valet parking a little on the expensive side, but safe. We drove out to other places on Oahu, next time we will try the buses. Stayed 7 days there but worth it!"

"This place is beautiful. We unfortunately did not use any of the amenities which kinda sucks pain a resort fee. We ended up exploring the island a little bit more so. This place is super awesome to see turtles so if you’re looking for snorkeling seems like a great location, and if you’re looking for shopping, it’s a great location. The pools were a little overcrowded, but it is what it is."

"The room was spacious and clean. We had the double queen with city view. If you stepped outside the balcony you could see the ocean sunset. The rooms seem to have thin walls, as we could hear other guests quite well. Got kind of loud on the 17th floor. Cleaning staff kept the room very clean. Towels could use upgrading. Check in and out staff were pleasant to work with and we were able to check in early. House keeping was also pleasant. Hotel is a block away from the beach and shopping. Also rate across the street from the zoo. Great location at an affordable rate. The lobby, needs to upgrade the couches. They seem a bit used. A lot of potential to make the lobby really welcoming. Parking, yeah, only negative I have about the entire stay. The cost is 60$ per day, ouch. The parking across the street is about 10$ for the day. Really enjoyed the stay would give the stay a 8/10."
