"Rained everyday during our stay. Did not use the pool. Room was adequate with a few disappointments. Not enough outlets near bedside. Desk lamp was not operable properly. Bathroom wall peeling off. Staff were friendly. Daily parking rates were outrageous for guests. "

"Standard rooms with slant views to the beach across the street. Great pool area with restaurant attached. A nice surprise was finding out 2hr rentals for paddleboard, beach chairs and other items are included with your stay. Priced right for basic accommodation. Hotel is at far left side- away from the commercial busy area on the far right. The high only opinion is much better. Less than 1 block away from the zoo if you are traveling with kids…overall great location, great service, and well priced. I’d stay here again without hesitation "

"Fantastic hotel and the best location. Right across from the beach! The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful when the worst storm in 20 years struck. They helped to keep everyone calm through the power outages. Our room was amazing. We were in a bedroom, ocean front suite and the views were spectacular. The room was very clean "

"Incredible reno of the old ohana hotel. Hotel caters to various tours so the hotel was very busy. Only noticed it at the pool. Be aware that currently new hotel construction occurring across the street which is noisy and starts before 6am daily. "

"Windows in our room leaked, the put a towel in it. We finally removed it when it started smelling musty. My husband fell off the platform out front, it took forever to get someone to help. Front desk employee who was just leaving work came over to help. She had to call repeatedly for someone to come assist us. They took a report gave him an ice pack and a band-aid. No further communication to check on him. Sliding door was hard to lock, kept blowing open during the storm. Not enough chairs by the pool, pool was cold. Other pool was closed. No special pool for adults only. I could go on with more but will just say, I will not stay there again. "

"Convent location. Honestly, my kids talked about the breakfast the most. The loved the food. Eating outdoors on the patio area in the morning. That was great. Huge hit. Overall, for me, standard hotel for the area. Good marks all around. Helpful staff. Nice that they loan out boogie boards and such. We were in a small room…but that was on us. Make sure you get an appropriate sized rook for your group."
